TTB MOVES TO SOUTH KOREA TOURISM MARKET

Tanzania Tourist Board signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Africa Future Forum (AFF) of Seoul, South Korea. This initial contract aimed to collaborate in promoting Tanzania tourist attractions in Seoul Korea and to their neighbor countries.
The African Future Forum is a Korean NGO that assisting and facilitating infrastructure development in Africa. Currently AFF have two projects in Tanzania; Tanga Special Economic Zone- Industrial Park and Prison’s Farms Project. And now has focused in Tourism Industry

In order to create awareness of Tanzania Tourist attractions to Seoul Korea Citizen, In the middle of October, 2013 AFF is expecting to open the Tourism Promotion Centre in Korea whereas it will be providing information on Tanzania tourism as well as disseminates promotional materials in Korean language.
Through this partnership, it will enable Tanzania to increase number of tourists from Korea. Tanzania receives 3000 tourists from Korea every year. The signing ceremony held today at New Africa Hotel, Dar es Salaam.
